Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

The item must be free of damage, stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Returns must be authorized by our support team before being sent back.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@amazinpicks.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For oversized or freight items, return shipping costs may be significantly higher due to carrier requirements.
Original outbound shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We do not charge restocking fees unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days after inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
