Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must be free of damage, stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
  • Returns must be authorized by our support team before being sent back.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@amazinpicks.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
