We currently ship within the United States.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary during peak periods or promotional events.                             

Orders ship from our network of U.S. warehouse partners and authorized suppliers. 
Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer depending on product availability and delivery location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically ranges from 5–12 business days depending on product type, shipping method, and destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Freight & Large Item Deliveries

Some oversized or high-value items may ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require a scheduled delivery appointment and typically include curbside delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access for delivery.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us within 5 business days so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. AmazinPicks is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our control. However, we will provide reasonable assistance in resolving shipping-related issues.
